Wallpaper Flowers

I found this one for $0.25 and wanted to try and make something of it. It was only after I bought it that I realized it was a petite sized dress- thus why I can't really put my arms down in the picture:

Knowing that I couldn't leave the top part of the dress as is, if I wanted to wear it, I cut off the top part and kept the long skirt, which I made into a strapless dress:

I used some of the excess fabric to make an empire waist, although it's hard to tell from the picture.
