It was too bright to be a dress so I went into making it a shirt! Gave it a v-neck and took it in a bit. I used my black belt to give it some definition and a more fitted look.

Flower Power!
This dress stood out to me because of the bright colors and the flowers:
I know, very scary looking as is. Shoulder pads, floor length, and a layer of extra fabric around the neck and the hip. But I knew what I wanted to do with it the moment I saw it!
