Shiny Blue

Another beautiful dress I picked up:

I loved the color and the silky fabric- but the length, shoulder pads, and ruffle layer around the middle... not so much.

I took off the sleeves, shortened it, and cut off the middle ruffle thing. Since it was cold out, I wore my boots, then added the belt to cinch the waist more.
